To book a general dental appointment, please fill out the form below.

Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you reserve a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. To respect your fellow patients, please call DentalFit as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient to take that time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 1300 327 247 between the business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Long Appoinment (Crowns/Implants) Booking Fee Terms & Conditions

Deposit Requirement: For appointments of 90 minutes or longer, a deposit of 20% of the treatment cost is required to secure the booking and purchase material if needed.

Online Booking: If the appointment is made online, a request for the deposit payment will be sent. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the request. The appointment will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within this timeframe.

Cancellation Policy/No-show (Long Appointment Only): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $200 non-refundable fee. This fee covers the nurse's time and the inability to rebook the slot.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows (Standard Appoinment)

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $100 fee for a no-show or same-day cancellation. To add any further appointment, we will charge a non-refundable fee of $100 when booking the next appointment.

For new patients’ first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new appointment fee as a non-refundable deposit.

If you lack Dental Health Insurance or any other benefits (like Medicare Child Benefit, VEDS, VGDS, VA Card Holders), DentalFit provides these services at a flat fee, making them affordable for you.
